Pre-Register by October 21 to win an iPod Touch!
Two iPod Touch units are available to be won; one for theatre attendees and one for those who attend the conference via Telehealth. To be entered in the draw, please note the following guidelines:

For Theater Attendees
- You must pre-register by October 21, 2011
- You must attend some portion of the conference (i.e., register at the desk)
- Draw will be made during the afternoon portion of the conference
- If not in attendance at the time of the draw, winner will be contacted by phone

For Telehealth Attendees
- Your name and contact information must be listed on the attendance sheets
- Attendance sheets must be faxed to Blood Conservation (787-4529) by November 10, 2011
- Draw will be made Monday, November 14, 2011
- Winner will be contacted by phone
